rationale:
The name was chosen based on the fact that the module is an
interface to Windows MCI API, but it's a simple interface, which
only provides the basic functions and so on. I searched before and
didn't find any Win32 module which covers this specific subject,
thus I think it's a good idea to list it on the module. And in the
future, someone else might even code a complete interface to the MCI
API without problems related to namespace.
