This module allows to define quotelike functions, that mimic the
syntax of the builtin operators C<q()>, C<qq()>, C<qw()>, etc. This
is done by introducing new prototypes (") and (') (this module uses
a source filter).
About the namespace : there are other modules relative to
subroutine behavior in Sub::*.
