rationale:
I request the name space because I am writing modules (eg:
Net::Layer::Physical::Unreliable (randomly "drops" packets)and
Net::Layer::Datalink::Message (a genric header class) and
Net::Layer::Datalink::ReliableMultiSend (an implementation of
reliable communication over an unreliable mechanisim to multiple
parties). They all have to do with "high level" network layer
protocols, but they simulate lower level (Datalink and Physical)
layers. In my searching on CPAN I haven't found anything like it.
