I've attempted to contact the author of AuthCookieDBI for
enhancements, possibly even taking over this module. PAUSE
recommends waiting one year for the author to respond (wow, I'd like
that vacation:) so I'm submitting new module.
Enhancements:
Added authentication to a Radius server.
Added several levels of authentication so you can run multiple
websites using the same user database.
Added 9 custom error messages giving more insight to login
failures.
Added Security Failure to prevent password cracking using
IPC::ShareLite.
Added customized AuthCookie.pm to enable $TICKET env variable for
custom webpages based on access level.
