I have not, yet.  Even though I did upload a Config-LDAP-xxx last
night, I can move it somewhere else if I need to -- it's still in
development, but I wanted to get a somewhat working version out for
others to play with.  I'll add this to the development.

Well, I was following the Config::Ini convention.  It allows you to
read LDAP configurations, not configure LDAP.

We could put it under the LDAP:: namespace -- that namespace is the
subject of a separate request.  LDAP::ReadConfig or some such.
