The NIST toolkit for Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) scoring and
evaluation (http://www.nist.gov/speech/tools/index.htm) provides a
tool (sclite) for scoring the performance of speech recognizers.
This module provides an OO wrapper to the sclite speech recognition
scoring tool.
Hence the name Speech::Recognizer::ScLite.
As a helper class, I am also requesting
Speech::Recognizer::ScLite::Line.
