I believe this module fills an unmet need on CPAN by providing a
*very simple* object and methods for reading and extracting
configuration values from a human-readable rc file. It does the same
in reverse, generating new rc files as demanded.
The module that I've used for quite some time in my own
applications has worked remarkably well. Application users should
not necessarily be programmers to read and modify a configuration
file. But at the same time, all rudimentary data types (string,
hash, array) can be described within such a file.
