Topic Maps are somehow a competitive 'technology' to RDF. Both
address the Meta-Data problem.
There is already a RDF namespace (RDFStore, ...), so there could
also be a TopicMap or TM or XTM branch.
Maybe someone has a better idea? Topic Maps are just another data
model, like RDBs or X500 or OODBs....They are NOT specifically XML
related.
