PCSC:: is a wrapper to the PCSC/lite library... Just like Gtk:: is
a wrapper to the Gimp Toolkit, I suppose PCSC deserves a rootlevel
namespace on its own. Furthermore, PCSC-Perl has no other competitor
that I know so far... I really can't see any other place to store
it.
