Implements run-time class loading with the most minimal and usable
interface possible, as a pragma. (Addiditional method interface
available as well)
use Class::Autouse qw{CGI Date::Manip etc};
It's fast, observes multiple inheritance and destructors properly,
plays friendly with modules that have already loaded, and get's out
of the way after loading.
