rationale:
Sometime it is difficult to get field information from a delimited
text file. This module intends to scan and build a column definition
from a plain text file. Then you can write out the field/column
definiton, or pass it to Data::DisplayDescribed module to display
part or all the records, or pass it to Oracle::DataLoader to
generate SQL code, control file, and to be used by Oracle SQL*Loader
to load the records into Oracle database.
