rationale:
Mail::Alias provides only on part of the proposed module.
Mail::Admin will be a OO framework for easy and unified
administration of mail servers.
Subclasses of Mail::Admin will provide the concrete management
routines.
I'll contribute Mail::Admin::Extremail, an interface to the
eXtremail server using Net::Telnet.
Other Modules might be: Mail::Admin::Sendmail, Mail::Admin::Qmail
etc.
Mail::Admin could be used in ISP systems for domain / user / alias
handling or in mailinglist systems to manage user lists etc.
The reason for the module is the plan for a concrete application to
administer eXtremail by Webmin.
