Mapserver is a geodata publishing tool provided by the University
of Minnesota (http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu). Geo::UMNmap::cgiserver
pre-/postprocesses data given to and read from this mapserver. It is
the www part of a bunch of modules which amongst other things deal
with the preparation of ArcView (TM ESRI) views for publishing with
the mapserver, visualisation of ArcView map view definitions etc. As
all modules primarily work with geographical data, I suggest to put
them in the Geo:: namespace
