rationale:
This module implements the CAST5 encryption algorithm in Perl. It
has a similar interface to the other Crypt::* modules, and
interoperates with Crypt::CBC.
CAST5 is a freely available block cipher which is used in (for
example) OpenPGP.
Crypt::OpenSSL::BIO contains support for CAST5, however it requires
the OpenSSL library. This perl implementation has no dependencies.
