Is the module list out of date?

The module list at

        ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/languages/perl/CPAN/modules/00modlist.long.html

has a last-modifed date of Friday, May 25, 2001.  The RCS control
string inside the file matches this:

        $Revision: 3.104 $ $Date: 2001/05/25 19:49:40 $

Is the module list really ten months out of date?  If so, is there
anything I can do to help?
