This module implements en editor especially designed for
configuration files, it is heavily inspired from the editor in
cfengine. There's also an executable, update-cfe, that uses
Config::Cfe and is useful in shell scripts.
I think the chapterid is 'string processing', that's what the
module really do.
By the way, the name was discussed, could have been on
[EMAIL PROTECTED], a long time ago.
