rationale:
I chose the Net::Ewtoo prefix because the module I've developed is
specific to the Ewtoo class of talkers, and I envision that more
modules could be added within it, for example Net::Ewtoo::Daemon,
Net::Ewtoo::Intercom, etc.
There is another module that provides similar functionality
(Chatbot::TalkerBot). To be honest I only came across it after I'd
finished writing my own. I think my attempt stands up weel against
it - it has a simpler interface and is targetted specifically at
Ewtoo talkers whereas Chatbot::TalkerBot appears to lean towards
NUTS.
