rationale:
This is the basis module for Apache::PSP. Please see the rationale
for that module for history and details.
Template::PSP is a generic PSP compiler which takes a PSP page and
returns a function reference. The reference can be used in a CGI,
mod_perl, or other context to produce dynamic HTML or XML output.
My plans for this module include mod_perl, CGI, and e-mail
auto-responder interfaces.
