rationale:
ClearCase::cleartool is a straightforward OO interface to the
cleartool command. The only similar module on CPAN requires a C
back-end and is far more complex.
A ClearCase::cleartool object represents an interactive cleartool
session to which you can send commands and receive output. You can
have as many such sessions as you wish.
This module has been tested on Windows NT, Windows 2000, Solaris,
and Linux.
