rationale:
Shadow Passwords are unique to some Unix variants.
This complements the getpw* interface Perl offers with shadow
password support in the same interface style.
Includes the functions lckpwdf und ulckpwdf which are also wrapped
by File::LckPwdF. It does not provide any additional logic, while
File::LckPwdF does. So it does not supercede that module.
I would be simple to borg("File::LckPwdF"), though.
