rationale:
ASPseek is an sql-hybrid search engine (http:://www.aspseek.org)
with three main components, an indexer a search daemon and a cgi
front end. There is also an optional apache module which replaces
the cgi component. Both the cgi and apache module have most of their
functionality in an included library. It is my intent to provide a
wraper to this library and to provide a framework for aditional
server side processing.
