rationale:
This is my first contribution to the Catalan Perl community. I'd
like to see many more Catalan resources anywhere on the net and Perl
community is a good place to start with.
Lingua::CA::Numbers seemed to me the obvious choice, as there are
plenty of Number modules for other well-known languages (I've listed
some of them above).
