This is an extension to SOAP::Lite (hence SOAP::MIME). Ultimately
this module will be dropped once SOAP::Lite fully implements
attachment support. I have already gotten feedback from Paul
Kulchenko (maintainer of SOAP::Lite) and got his blessing. The
version number of SOAP::MIME corresponds to the version number of
SOAP::Lite that it patches.
