This module simply extends Mail::Internet to add a toXML() method.
The toXML() method simply generates well formed XML out of the email
message.
rationale:
The top level level namespace choice is obvious. The second level
namespace is in my opinion apropriate because users of
Mail::Internet who require XML serialization of their mail messages
can use Mail::XML as if it were Mail::Internet. In that sense, it is
a top level modules under the Mail:: namespace.
