rationale:
This simple module is mainly just a tied interface for the
Data::Page module by Leon Brocard. Hence the namespace
Data::Page::Tied.
I had the code flying around anyway and considering the number of
people asking about how they can paginate their data in arrays in
their CGI scripts, I prefer pointing to this module instead of
helping each and everyone individually. Lazy, I am. :)
The Module List Chapter may not be appropriate, maybe
"Miscellaneous" would be better.
