rationale:
This simple module gives the ability to see the sequence of the
sessions, because it is auto-incrementing. It is based on a file
counter, so it is not very resource-efficient.However, for debugging
purpose, it is a great tool. Being in the Apache::Session framework,
it makes later switch to more efficient session ID generation very
easy.
