rationale:
The module performs a similar function to the above modules,
however it generates XML to a fixed schema irrespective of the form
input, thus enabling a web designer to create forms with any fields
without necessarily having to request changes to the processing
programs, the intent is that the XML will be passed to a message
oriented middleware and thence to one or more applications.
