CEDICT is a well-known Chinese/English dictionary file
<http://www.mandarintools.com/cedict.html>. This module provides
easy access to the data (via MySQL/Storable/Textfile) and adds some
convenience features (simplified characters, "beautification" for
tone marks)
The code itself is licensed under the same terms as Perl, but the
dictionary data may only be used for non-commercial projects --
hence the restricted license.
