WWW::MakeAShorterLink is supplanted by WWW::Shorten (to be precise,
WWW::Shorten::MakeAShorterLink).
The WWW::Shorten hierarchy permits greater expansion and better
categorisation. It also allows a standard interface to be expected.
I believe it should be on the module list for the usual reason:
people should know such modules and areas exist =)
