This module simplifies the making of a ppm package from a CPAN
distribution. In particular, it - guesses the ABSTRACT and AUTHOR
attributes if these are not given in Makefile.PL - constructs the
html docs from pod files and places them in the location the ppm
utility expects - provides some shortcuts for setting some of the
ppd file fields and attributes. As there's already a top-level
PPM::, the choice of PPM::Make seemed reasonable.
