Log::Dispatch::Jabber allows a user to log messages via the
Log::Dispatch framework, sending messages to one or more Jabber
accounts.
The paint on this package is still wet, but it does work.
FWIW, I sent a note to the maintainer of the Log::Dispatch who said
that he would be happy to see it uploaded to the CPAN.
