PAUSE doubt

hello,
 Actually i had deleted a module 3 days back and then when i try to 
 upload it today it gives me the following error:
 
 Duplicate entry V/VA/VARUNK/<module-name>
 
 But the link "Delete Files" does not show any file.(says no files)
 I wanted to replace the module with the new one.
 Someone please help.

PS : Well is there any other way to replace an already existing module
     without deleting it (just overwrite someway?)
