rationale:
Basicly Class::AccessorMaker does the same as the ones already out
there but with a nicer interface, just to make live a little more
lazy.
The package will also come with Class:AccessorMaker::Private, which
does some really hard data-hiding on the values of the accessors
created. I am not sure wheter or not I need to submit a second
request for this...
