rationale:
Back in '97 I called the module Math::TT800, but with the creation
of the Math::Random hierarchy it seems to be preferrable to use that
subtree.
I will upload a pure perl implementation as TT800_PP as well.
Why upload it to CPAN? Because I promised to do so in '97 and now I
was approached to do so as some other author's module scheduled for
CPAN upload depends on my TT800 module.
