I spent a while conidering Net::weblogUpdates, and
UserLand::weblogsUpdate, Weblogsdotcom::weblogUpdates. I didn't
really like any of them since they were too general, too specific
and too much typing.
I noticed that someone else had uploaded something in the
WebService:: namespace which seemed just right since that's what the
package wraps.
WebService::weblogUpdates in a wrapper module that provides a
simple OOP-ish interface for the weblogs.com "ping" service. The
service is available in three flavours : XML-RPC, SOAP and REST.
