brian d foy writes: Jonathan has agreed to transfer this module to
me so I can clear the existing tickets in RT. I'm registering the
module before I transfer it.
Rael Dornfest (another XML::RSS author) suggested a total rewrite,
but I'll worry about that later.
If someone else wants to maintain the module, I would be glad to
transfer it to them.
Since we've been rejecting requests to put things into XML::*, I
don't mind changing the name of this module. Right now my goal is to
fix it for those people already using it.
