IBM::WebSphere::Payment is an interface to the WebSphere Commerce
Payments (former Payment Manager) part of the WebSphere suite of
IBM. So that suggest the namespace. IBM is the root level because is
a Commercial provider, WebSphere is the suite of products and
finally Payment is the product itself.
Actually there is no such a public perl interface to this software.
