The name space choice can be easily pulled from the description of
the module. "A module that renders Bar Charts in HTML", the
namespace "HTML::BarChart" just seems intuatively corrisponding to
the module's function. To my knowledge and as of searching
cpan.perl.org, I dont see any other modules which accomplish this
task. And although it is not a horrendously difficult task to
achieve, using the module is alot more simple (and alot more
painless) than doing it manually :)
