It is intended for the use in the administration of Windows/Samba
networks. Examples of its use are included in the documentation.
I believe the module belongs in the 'Net::' namespace because it is
a cross-platform networking module and uses the standard Socket
module for its communications. 'NBName' is a contraction of NetBIOS
Name Service.
