rationale:
SNMP::Info provides abstraction to specific data through SNMP. It
covers the data listed in the above two module, and a whole lot
more.
SNMP::Info is a Super Class for a bunch of sub classes that each
provide either a specific MIB or a specfic class of Devices. The
subclasses are implemented with hashes that map method names with
SNMP leaf names. Using inheritance among all the classes means new
deives can be added easily.
