The Register Namespace form at https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=apply_mod does nothing when I click the "Submit to [EMAIL PROTECTED]" button. The globe doesn't spin or anything; it's like the button is not even there.
I reloaded the page and tried the form again. Viewing the source, there is no obvious corruption or truncation. Browser: Internet Explorer 5.50.4807.2300, running on Windows 2000.
