why:
A Module which allows autonomous HTML FORM creation, modification
and saving.
The module allows templates to be created (using HTML) which, can
be modified saved, etc. without any CGI logic (other than the
instaniation of the proposed module).
The module is in use internally (at my employer) and has been
tested thouroughly over the past two years.
I am open to namespace suggestions and will provide additional
information if desired.
