Mail::Transport::Dbx is a an XS wrapper around libdbx
(http://freshmeat.net/projects/libdbx) to gain read access to
Outlook Express' .dbx files. The namespace is the result of a
discussion with Mark Overmeer who is going to use this module as a
backend for Outlook Express mailboxes in Mail::Box (thanks to brian
for reminding me to have this discussion).
Due to the endianess of libdbx it currently only works on
little-endian machines (libdbx's authors are informed, however).
