rationale:
I chose the namespace to keep the ties this module has to
PHP::Session as close as possible. It shares the
PHP::Session::Serializer::PHP module to do session
encoding/decoding. Given the number of sites storing PHP session
data in MySql to provide cross server sessions I felt the need to
provide this module to the community.
