Thai word segmentation is a big problem of Thai lanaguage analysis.
There are many researches on it. I've found a project in
sourceforge(http://thaiwordseg.sourceforge.net/) release a C-library
that work well. So I create a XS interface of it, and pack it to a
module called String::Thai::Segmentation.
