why:
I've written Crypt::OpenSSL::SMIME module. So it is possible to
create signed and encrypted emails from Perl now. It is not PGP. It
is certificates based thing which is builtin into Mozilla and
Outlook. The code is not yet polished, but I hope Perl community
will help.
