The namespace is simply chosen from the systemcall name that the
module is interfacing, syssgi on IRIX. It is listed under the SGI::
namespace since it is IRIX specific. I believe this module should be
listed in the module list since it provide Perl programmers with
interfaces to the Irix system calls that so far hasnt been
available.
