rationale:
This module reduces my Image::Maps::Plot::FromPostcode to plot on
maps without using WWW::MapBlast to look up postcodes. Instead, the
lat/long pairs are supplied by the user.
The Image::Maps::Plot::FromPostcode is on the module list, so I
think perhaps this ought to be to: the former is now a sub-class of
this module, to remove duplicate code.
