This tool works strictly on SQL CREATE (and ALTER, etc.) statements
used to create new database schemas, therefore it belongs under the
"SQL" namespace. It translates from one dialect (currently MySQL and
PostgreSQL) to another (currently MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and XML
[which isn't a dialect, but is handy]), ergo the name
"SQL::Translator." Perhaps it might one day attempt to translate
SELECT statements and the like, but probably not anytime soon.
