I think that it will be userful, to be made a module called
CGI::ParseForm.pm, because: + parsing parameters which have come
from the input data + after the parse procedure is done, some
variables can be globalized, depending on a export filer which have
to limit globalization process, ex. some variables may come from
get, others from post etc. + passing scalars,arrays and hashes ex.
@some_array, $hash_element{'test'}
